Vitamin B6 - strengthens the immune system, as it promotes the formation of antibodies that stimulate the immune system. It does not allow blood to thicken and thereby prevents the development of a heart attack and stroke, atherosclerosis, and normalizes blood pressure. Vitamin B6 is also necessary for the normal functioning of the liver.
 
The daily dose is 30-100 mg per day.
